A Bunnings Warehouse in Carrum Downs was added after a business visited the store on July 18 between 9.45am and 10.25am.
The Bunnings is listed as a tier 2 site, meaning anyone who was there during the exposure period should be tested and isolated until they get a negative result.
The Malvern Central shopping center and the downtown Woolworths supermarket were listed as tier 2 exposure locations on July 18 between 10:20 am and 10:50 am.
No tier 1 sites have been added to the list since Prahran Market was added on Thursday.
