Nigeria Human Rights Writers Association, HURIWA, National Coordinator, Comrade Emmanuel Onwubiko, Kaduna Governor Nasir El-Rufai’nin said he should resign because he failed to succeed as governor.
Speaking to the DAILY POST, HURIWA’s boss said that El-Rufai’s terrorist groups in the North were trying to justify their heinous activities by saying that they were different from the iPob and Biafra Indigenous Peoples.
El-Rufai spoke about how Boko Haram insurgents and bandits differ from the IPOB, and said that leader Nnamdi Kanu said Boko Haram and bandits did not have a well-known and centralized leadership.
Kanu said he was a visible and central leader calling for the collapse of Nigeria.
Onwubiko noted that these bandits and other terrorist organizations in the North are threatening territorial integrity; threatens the peace of the country and violates national security.
He wondered why “a man who should be forced to resign because he failed as a governor like El-Rufai is the same person who tried to justify himself by trying to say that the IPOB is different from the bandits.”
“I do not understand the wapt logic used by these people. These people are destroying your region because they praise it; They are destroying schools in the north; they rape girls en masse, and you have a man in Kaduna who is a Muslim cleric who is far above the law, and they are all afraid to arrest him and ask him questions.
“Fulani, armed with sophisticated weapons, always meets with bandits, and no one asks the right question: ‘Where do these guys get these intricate artificial clothing displayed by terrorists?’
